Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor site HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and project requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
Monitor PPE usage and protected working practices at site.
Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
Support risk assessments, JSA, and protected work procedures.
Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements
Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant Safety experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry/project environment.
Mandatory experience in 132 KV / 220 KV Substation Projects.
Solid knowledge of electrical project safety and site HSE practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at an Ahmedabad project site.
