Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
Robust understanding of the employment firm industry and its challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools is desirable.
