Design Engineer

Experience: 3 to 6 years
Perform steel connection design and engineering activities for US-based projects in compliance with AISC, ASCE and Project specifications.
Prepare and review connection design calculations for shear, moment, brace, and truss connections.
Collaborate with detailing teams to resolve connection-related queries.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned engineering deliverables.

Senior Design Engineer

Experience: 8+ years
Lead and independently execute steel connection design and engineering activities for US-based projects in compliance with AISC, ASCE and Project specifications.
Review and verify design calculations and engineering deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance.




Provide technical guidance to Design Engineers to ensure proper interpretation of design requirements.
Resolve complex technical issues, RFIs, design discrepancies, and constructability challenges in coordination with project teams and clients.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, process improvements, and knowledge development.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Detailers and Checkers for smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: B.E. Civil/ Mech, M.E. structures

Software Requirements:

Mathcad, Autocad, RISA, Idea statica, Staad pro.
