Implementing the overall recruiting plan for Flexi Manpower as per requirement of production team.
Resource planning Hiring Partner/ Agency Management
Handling of recruitment process, data candidate pool with the help of application tracking system (ATS)
Responsibilities
Preparation execution of monthly / annual apprentice deployment plan.
Apprentice recruitment planning, pool management Contract Generation
Coordinate with ITIs, ITIVSST JIM for campus fresh apprentice recruitment
Planning of fresh hiring with hiring partner Execution of Hiring Deployment Plan.
Hiring of Female Apprentice
Knowledge of PMIS Portal
Ensure hiring check maintain quality of hire
Coordination with MSDE / RDSDE
