Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with expertise in tender filing, sales coordination, documentation, MIS, and MS Excel to support the sales team and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle tender filing, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments.
Prepare sales MIS, reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Manage quotations, purchase orders, customer data, and sales records.
Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documents.
Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending requirements.
Support the Sales Head with regular reports and updates.

Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Tender Management.




Solid experience in tender filing and documentation.
Excellent MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
Positive communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Experience in B2B sales, rental, equipment, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial sectors preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
