Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily production activities to ensure effective and high-quality output.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of products.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
Solid knowledge of production management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with electronic manufacturing services (EMS) is an advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
