Seasoned HR Partner with min. 10 years of core HR Partnering experience. Solid HRBP experience managing large employee populations.
Expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Experience partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy and HR transformation initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, workforce planning & succession planning
Drive talent acquisition, engagement, retention & diversity initiatives
Leverage HR analytics,
metrics & market trends to identify people priorities and solutions
Lead performance management, employee development & training initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievances & investigations with fairness and confidentiality
Drive HR transformation, change management & continuous improvement
Lead core HR processes and support development of HR policies & practices
Partner with C&B; on reward, recognition, compensation & perks initiatives
Coach managers and provide insights on critical people and organisational issues
Benchmark industry/competition practices and recommend strategic HR interventions
