Role & responsibilities :
Call Audits on a daily/weekly basis
Feedback to Operators/Field executives
Highlight process gaps and share corrective inputs/results
Contribute to process improvements
Publish the reports on a timely basis and as per the agreed TAT.
Participate in calibration & ensure that the variance remains under control/within the limit.
Take briefings regularly based on audit findings.
Work on bottom quartiles in the process
Preferred candidate profile-
Location - Ludhiana Punjab (Local candidates would prefer)
Should have two wheeler (as this job requires field visit for audit)
Should have valuable knowledge of NCMS policy
