Key Skills:
Solid expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
Proficiency in Git and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven leadership skills — mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence across the team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
Exposure to Kubernetes and container management.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (or AWS/GCP)
Knowledge of Redis or alternative caching strategies.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security, and enterprise authentication standards.
