Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with Life Sciences recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the US staffing ecosystem, Life Sciences domain, and proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US recruitment for Life Sciences roles.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates as per client requirements.
Handle recruitment across areas such as Pharma, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
Develop strong understanding of US market trends, hiring practices, job portals, and recruitment processes.
Work with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.




Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
Conduct candidate follow-ups, negotiations, and coordination through the offer and onboarding stages.
Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in US Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in Life Sciences recruitment.
Robust knowledge of the US staffing/recruitment market.
Experience working on US shifts and handling US-based clients/candidates.
Strong sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment environment.
