Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Handle customer queries related to insurance plans, policy benefits and application processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
Complete the required documentation and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to support retention and future business prospects.
Ensure proper and compliant communication of product features and perks to customers.
Achieve assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets within defined timelines.
