What You'll Work On
Manage multiple publisher accounts and drive revenue growth
Oversee publisher onboarding and coordinate end-to-end integration processes
Perform continuous revenue optimization for programmatic performance
Manage ads.txt/app-ads.txt implementation, GDPR privacy compliance, and IVT (Invalid Traffic) mitigation
Analyze performance metrics and prepare optimization reports
Collaborate across Ad Operations, Product, and Sales teams on monetization projects

Skills We're Looking For
Experience: 25 years of Publisher Account Management experience in the AdTech industry
AdTech Knowledge: Strong hands-on knowledge of GAM (Google Ad Manager), Programmatic Advertising, Header Bidding, and SSPs
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AdTech reporting tools
Analytical Skills:



Solid analytical mindset to interpret data and maximize publisher yield
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus If You Have
Experience with Prebid-based monetization solutions
Proficiency in data analysis platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI
Familiarity with mobile app, video, and CTV monetization ecosystems
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
