Responsible for lead generation
Cold-calling and taking follow-ups of leads
Handling customer escalation through calls and emails
Performing social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Running paid campaigns
Email and WhatsApp marketing
Creative designing and content writing for social media
Requirements
BBA / MBA in Marketing
Digital Marketing qualification would be a plus
Prior experience in cold calling is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
