Role Description
Perform NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) simulation and analysis for Current Product Development (NPD) of commercial products in 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler vehicle platforms
Analyze simulation results, identify performance gaps and develop countermeasures to achieve NVH performance targets
Key Responsibilities
Conduct NVH simulation and CAE analysis for 3W and 4W platforms (ICE and EV powertrains, Full vechicle NTF, VTF, TPA, Cabin noise, etc)
Perform vehicle and powertrain NVH analysis including ICE / EV powertrains, Intake & exhaust system acoustics and mountings
Provide solutions to meet product QCD targets
Develop and validate simulation models for powertrain-induced vibrations and structure-borne noise
Simulate powertrain noise, gear whine, and driveline NVH characteristics
Develop and improve NVH simulation methods through test correlations
Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis for NVH performance
Prepare/Update NVH simulation standards and align with test standards
