Planning Engineer Residential Real Estate:
Experience: 3 - 7 years in planning for residential real estate projects.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Track project progress and identify delays or deviations.
Coordinate with project, execution, design, and contractor teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Monitor work as per approved schedules and construction plans.
Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status.
Positive knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel.
Should have experience in residential building construction projects.
