Role & responsibilities:

Data Engineering
Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
Build and maintain scalable data models and data warehouses.
Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality and consistency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.

Analytics & Reporting
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business prospects.
Create KPIs, metrics, and performance reports for business users.

Data Management
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
Validate and cleanse data to improve data accuracy.
Maintain documentation for data processes, models, and workflows.

Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills
Robust SQL and database optimization skills.
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development.




Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, or Big Data technologies is preferred.

Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
