We are looking for an experienced Android Framework / AOSP / HAL Engineer with robust hands-on experience in Android platform development, AOSP customization, HAL integration, and system-level debugging.

The ideal candidate should have robust programming skills in C/C++ and Java, along with experience working on Android Framework components, Binder IPC, AIDL/HIDL, Android System Services, and HAL layers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Android Framework and AOSP components.
Work on Android System Services such as ActivityManagerService (AMS), WindowManagerService (WMS), PackageManagerService (PMS), SystemUI, etc.
Develop and integrate HAL components and interface with hardware/platform layers.
Work with AIDL, HIDL, Binder IPC, JNI, and native Android services.
Develop and debug platform-level features using C/C++ and Java.
Perform AOSP customization, Android version upgrades,



and platform integration.
Work with Qualcomm / MediaTek BSP and embedded Android platforms.
Analyze and resolve system-level issues including ANRs, crashes, tombstones, memory leaks, boot-time issues, and performance problems.
Use tools such as ADB, Logcat, dumpsys, bugreport, Perfetto/Systrace for debugging and performance analysis.
Work on SELinux/SEPolicy configuration and troubleshoot AVC denials.
Participate in CTS/VTS validation and resolve compliance issues.
Manage AOSP builds, OTA packages, Git/Gerrit workflows, and release activities.
Collaborate with chipset vendors, hardware teams, and cross-functional engineering teams.
