Experience: Min 4 to Max 8 Years
Note: Candidate must have exp in API Pharmaceutical industry
Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production quality and reduce costs.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Executive or similar role.
Robust knowledge of production processes and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols.
