Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate the design of transmission lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to complex design problems, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and other documents to senior management and clients.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training and support to help them develop their skills.

Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in transmission line design and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power systems, and transmission networks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
