Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations supporting Advantages, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll processes.
Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connector (CCB/CCT), Document Transformation (DT), and PECI.
Build and support API-based integrations and interface logic between Workday and external systems.
Support data mapping, data migration, reconciliation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for Workday integration solutions.
Participate in testing, technical documentation, and end-to-end delivery of integration components.

Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connector, PECI, and Document Transformation.
Strong knowledge of Compensation, Advantages, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll-related integrations.
Experience in API integration development and strong proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and API authentication.
Understanding of Workday Reporting (Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, RaaS).
Experience troubleshooting integration issues and working in Agile/Kanban settings.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
