Manage end-to-end civil construction activities for high-rise residential projects*.
Supervise RCC works*, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, staircases and other structural elements.
Plan and execute projects using Mivan / aluminium formwork systems*.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and schedules.
Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, contractors and subcontractors.
Check GFC drawings, structural drawings, shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)*.
Ensure proper execution of reinforcement, shuttering/formwork and concreting* activities.
Monitor concrete pouring, cube testing, curing and other quality-control activities.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery and equipment requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
Track project schedules and identify delays, bottlenecks and corrective actions.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards*.
Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues with consultants and clients.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements*.
Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
Maintain proper documentation, measurements and quantity records.
Support billing, quantity verification and material reconciliation.
Conduct snagging, rectification and handover activities.
