Role & Responsibilities
Collect and analyze demand data from Sales and Marketing teams.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical forecasting techniques.
Conduct monthly S&OP;/SIOP demand review meetings.
Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy.
Prepare consensus demand plans and collaborate with Supply Planning teams.
Generate KPI reports including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Demand Plans.
Support MRP and supply chain planning activities.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and planning systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
Experience with SAP APO, SAP, Kinaxis, ERP, or MRP systems.
Robust analytical and forecasting skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Industrial domain experience preferred.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
