We are hiring Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect
Location: Pan India
Experience: 8+yrs

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Integrations.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams and driving end-to-end technical delivery.
Solid experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Automotive Cloud experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in B2B Commerce and/or D2C Commerce implementations, including storefront customization, checkout flows, order management, and integrations.
Expertise in solution design, application architecture, data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.




Lead technical design discussions and provide scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and development best practices.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, Application Architect, or relevant Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
