Job Description Planning & QS / Site Coordination

Role & Responsibilities
Plan and assign daily work to supervisors and monitor timely completion.
Conduct weekly project review meetings to track quality, progress, and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure work is completed as per plan.
Monitor site quality, identify defects, and issue NCRs for corrective action.
Maintain activity-wise checklists and ensure quality during flat handover.
Prepare technical, progress, and engineering reports.
Prepare and review material requirements, reinforcement details, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with approved structural and architectural drawings.
Coordinate and execute structural works including podium slab, shear wall,



and slab reinforcement checks.
Monitor site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience

Relevant experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction projects preferred.
