Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Lead with robust hands-on expertise in Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and developing ERP applications, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Java development team.
Design, develop, and maintain ERP applications.
Develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.
Troubleshoot technical and production issues.




Work closely with business, QA, and project teams.
Optimize application and database performance.

Required Skills
8–14 years of experience in Java development.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
Valuable understanding of REST APIs, SQL, OOP, and design patterns.
Experience in team leadership and enterprise application development.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
ERP domain experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
