Role Highlights:
Assist in procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
Generate and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
Coordinate with site teams and Estimation team for material requirements and delivery schedules.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement databases.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.
Support vendor sourcing and development activities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for material replenishment.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain proper records and reports for procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
