Needs to be very hands on with Agile + Change Project management principles.
Hands on with JIRA and J-SQL.
Needs to be able to display how s/he would manage the different component teams assigned to diver productivity (these teams are independent and hence need to have solid stake holder mgmt.)
Need to have very solid comm skills to manage Sr stakeholders and run steer co.
Needs to operate as a PM must have the mentality of a Product Manager / Owner and should exhibit the same showcasing impact at product level
