Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience within technology application implementation
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and operationalizing technology products across large organizations.
Experience building operating models, onboarding processes, and conducting training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with metadata management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Robust understanding of data modelling concepts (ER, dimensional, canonical models).
Prior experience migrating models from other tools (e.g., Visual Paradigm, Power Designer) to Erwin.
Knowledge of integration with other data management tools (e.g., data dictionaries, data quality tools).
