Supervise the maintenance and repair of construction machinery, equipment, and mechanical tools
at the project site.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Identify mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns effectively.
Maintain and service construction equipment such as:
Tower Cranes
Passenger & Material Hoists
Bar Bending & Bar Cutting Machines
Concrete Mixers
Dewatering Pumps
DG Sets
Welding Machines
Air Compressors
Concrete Vibrators
Other construction machinery and tools
Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain records of machine servicing, repairs, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
Monitor machine condition and identify potential issues before major breakdowns occur.
Ensure availability of required spare parts, lubricants, consumables, and maintenance tools.
Coordinate with equipment vendors and external service providers for major repairs and servicing.
Supervise mechanics and technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.
Ensure all machines and tools are maintained in secure and working condition.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the mechanical workshop and equipment area.
