Job Requirements:
Day-to-day supervision of construction works.
Coordination and site management.
Preparation of material schedule, work program, and BBS.
Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports.
Checking of works as per drawings and Specifications.
Measurement of works executed and record writing
Review of GFC drawings, identification of discrepancies, and coordination for revisions.
Assistance in contractor bill verification. Tracking progress against schedule and reporting.
Ensuring adherence to QAP/QMP, specifications, and quality control requirements including witnessing field/lab tests.
Ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Coordination & site management.
Experience in PEB & warehouse projects shall be preferred.
