Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new shipbuilding projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement quality control processes to meet industry standards.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
Proven experience in technical engineering, preferably in the Ports & Shipping - Shipbuilding industry.
Solid knowledge of technical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
