Plan, schedule and monitor production activities for Lithium-Ion battery packs and battery chargers to meet delivery targets; coordinate with procurement, stores, quality, design and project teams.
Lead and supervise a team of approximately 35 production personnel; monitor efficiency, productivity, quality and on-time delivery; analyze bottlenecks and drive process improvements. Prepare production reports, MIS and capacity plans; work on product costing, BOM review and cost optimization; ensure compliance with quality, 5S and safety standards; support NPI and production ramp-up.
