Role & responsibilities
Experience in managing Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS) operations (BAU)
Strong hands-on working experience in managing Azure Operations by Azure CLI & Azure PowerShell
Mandatory Strong Hand-on experience in resource operations by Terraform and ARM templates
Mandatory Experience in IaC (Infrastructure as a code) lifecycle management through DevOps Robust in Azure networking and other Azure IaaS offerings Solid & experienced in Linux server administration
Mandatory Experience in Windows Server administration is preferred
Experience in applying ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change & Service Request) for IT infra operations
Experience and robust knowledge in Monitoring system and tools, Azure monitoring preferred.




Measuring and improving the security & compliance scores of Azure resources by defender dashboards (CSPM) Knowledge/experience in cost management & operations methods/principles
Strong in troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
Experience in Major Incident (MI) handling is an advantage.
5 Basic understanding of Application/Middleware/DataBase/Network/Network Security functioning Basic experience of Azure AD User & Group operations
