Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve production issues.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.





Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in production management or a related field.
Proven experience in production management with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Robust analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols, with a focus on continuous improvement.
