The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets. The role requires strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business through direct sourcing and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Acquire recent customers and generate business through field sales activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity trackers.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience.
Candidates from Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Insurance Broking, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, or Pharma industries preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Stable employment history with consistent performance.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
