Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, and other IT roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and workforce planning.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
