Project Manager Compliance & Regulatory Programs

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional compliance, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, governance, and timely delivery rather than deep compliance expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project roadblocks.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders.
Support compliance and regulatory program implementation.
Manage Onit practice management software data clean-up and optimization projects.
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive timely decisions.
Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
Maintain project documentation, governance, scope, timelines,



and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional initiatives.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced setting.
Solid risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.

Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
Experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, governance, or operational transformation projects.
Experience with enterprise software implementation or optimization.
Familiarity with Onit or legal operations platforms is an advantage.
