About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce FSL Developer with robust hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing FSL solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service solutions.
Configure and implement FSL features including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skills, and Scheduling.
Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce customizations.
Work on FSL scheduling and optimization, including Scheduling Policies and Work Rules.
Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Understand and implement Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.




Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and FSL.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure solutions comply with governor limits.

Required Skills
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Positive knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
Experience with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Skills, and Scheduling.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
Good understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
