Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integration solutions according to technical requirements and business needs.
Collaborate with architects to design integration solutions, ensuring they are in line with architectural guidelines and best practices.
Utilize ServiceNow's IntegrationHub and Flow Designer for building integrations with external systems.
Write, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
Document the integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
Assist in the continuous improvement of integration standards and practices.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing integration solutions.
