Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Workday.
Design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations with other systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday data migration, configuration, and performance optimization.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members on Workday-related projects.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery of Workday-based solutions.
Job Requirements
Solid understanding of Workday architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience with Workday integration, customization, and development using various technologies such as APIs, web services, and messaging queues.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies related to IT service management.
