Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables to avoid production stoppages.
Handle breakdown troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory, electrical safety, and ISO standards.
Monitor and implement energy conservation initiatives across plant equipment.
Lead and monitor the performance of the E&I; maintenance team.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues.
Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety audits, incident investigations, and safety reviews.
Ensure secure operation, reliability, and overall health of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
