Interview Location - Mundka

Key Responsibilities

Forward Logistics
Coordinate dispatch and delivery of materials across multiple locations.
Plan and execute timely shipments via courier and transport partners.
Track deliveries and resolve transit-related issues proactively.
Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records.

Reverse Logistics
Manage return pickups, asset recovery, and reverse shipments.
Coordinate with field teams, vendors, SCM, and logistics partners for timely returns.
Track pending pickups and ensure closure within defined timelines.
Maintain records of returned assets, discrepancies, and documentation.

Vendor & Courier Management
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and vendors for smooth operations.
Handle delays, damages, and delivery exceptions through timely escalation.

Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, clients,



warehouses, and field staff.
Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
Experience in forward and reverse logistics.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

Work Workplace
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Willingness to support large-scale projects and examination/event logistics.
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak operations.
