Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchant Production with 8–10 years of apparel merchandising experience. Responsible for managing end-to-end production merchandising for UK & European buyers ensure timely production, quality, cost adherence, and on-time shipment.

Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end production merchandising for UK & European buyers.
Review POs, tech packs, BOMs, specifications and buyer requirements.
Develop and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure timely order execution.
Coordinate with sampling, sourcing, production, quality, planning and commercial teams.
Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, accessories and raw materials.
Monitor production progress, identify risks and resolve execution delays.
Ensure adherence to approved samples, quality standards and buyer specifications.
Coordinate buyer communication, approvals, PP meetings, inspections and corrective actions.
Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery with logistics/commercial teams.
Maintain order trackers and reports while managing multiple styles/orders and building robust buyer relationships.
