Job Summary
We are looking for a
Red Hat Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Technical Specialist
to support our distribution business across the Red Hat portfolio, with solid emphasis on
Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization
.

The role involves close engagement with
partners and customers
, technical pre-sales support, solution positioning, enablement, and participation in partner/customer-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Provide technical pre-sales support for the Red Hat portfolio, including OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, RHEL, and related technologies.




- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and map them to Red Hat solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs to partners and customers.
- Assist partners in solution design, sizing, and architecture discussions.

Partner & Customer Engagement
- Participate in Distribution Managed Partner Round Tables, Partner Round Tables, and Customer Round Tables.
- Act as a technical point of contact for partner queries, POCs, and technical validations.
- Support partners during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal discussions.

Training & Enablement
- Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical trainings, and onboarding programs on Red Hat technologies.
- Help onboard new partners by explaining Red Hat offerings, use cases, and best practices.
- Create and maintain basic technical documentation, presentations, and demo materials.
