Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Truck Driver role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently between designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, ensuring proper loading and unloading of materials,
and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The role requires adherence to all applicable DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws while maintaining professional communication with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other team members. The Truck Driver will also be responsible for reporting any mechanical issues, assisting with basic vehicle upkeep, and supporting logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Truck Driving skills and experience operating commercial Trucks.
- Candidates should hold a valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
- Candidates should be knowledgeable about DOT Regulations and compliant with safety and legal requirements.
- Candidates should be capable of safe and efficient Unloading of goods, including basic material handling.
