Job Description
We are seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, (Supervisory), Fund/Client Accounting Representative II to join our Private Equity Fund/Client Accounting team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized fund accounting support team.




- Set work priorities and allocate resources according to client and fund accounting functional needs.
- Manage the daily accounting and net asset value (NAV) production workflow to service multiple funds.
- Review data and assist in resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly, or monthly accounting and reporting. Supervise the tracking of fund data and maintenance of accounting records.
- Establish data maintenance and summarization processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and best support the accounting team.
- Set standards for team’s report output to be shared with accounting teams.
- Coordinate review of reports and the sharing of reports with accounting teams.
- Maintain relationships with client staff and ensure clients receive needed information in a timely manner and that all accounting support needs are met.
