Executive - Workplace Compliance
What this job involves
We are seeking a highly motivated compliance qualified to support workplace operations by ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, corporate compliance standards, and internal governance requirements. This role is responsible for driving compliance programs, managing audits, mitigating risks,
and partnering with internal stakeholders and vendor organizations to maintain a robust compliance framework across locations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks while ensuring consistent compliance practices across workplace operations.
Education & Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Preferred:
Company Secretary (CS) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
Additional qualifications in Compliance, Risk Management, or Governance are advantageous
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Governance & Risk ManagementSupport labour law compliance programs and ongoing risk management initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements, including: Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA)
