Overview:





We are looking for skilled English LLM Trainers to help improve next-generation AI models. The role involves evaluating AI-generated responses, identifying errors, and providing high-quality feedback to enhance model accuracy, reasoning, relevance, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate AI-generated responses against given prompts and guidelines.
Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, tone, grammar, and instruction following.
Identify factual, logical, linguistic, and formatting errors.
Compare multiple AI responses and determine which response is better.
Provide explicit and consistent feedback to improve model performance.
Follow project-specific guidelines and maintain high annotation quality.

Requirements
English proficiency: C1/C2 (Advanced/Proficient).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
