 Create and maintain monthly content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific plans.
 Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging formats to identify current content opportunities.
Content Creation & Production
 Plan and create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, stories, and
corporate content.
 Manage content from ideation to publishing, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
 Plan and coordinate video and reel shoots, including basic production requirements.
 Hands-on familiarity with camera usage, lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment.
 Edit reels and short-form videos using relevant editing tools.
 Strong working knowledge of Canva for social media creatives.Brand & PR Marketing
 Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and digital identity across social platforms.




 Create content around company updates, product launches, events, partnerships, leadership
communication, and industry insights.
 Support PR and marketing initiatives through engaging social media communication.
Trends & Innovation
 Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.
 Identify relevant trending topics, sounds, formats, and conversations.
 Experiment with new content formats to improve reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
 Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, watch time, and
clicks.
 Use social media analytics/reporting tools to evaluate content performance.
 Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
 Continuously optimize content and strategy based on data and insights.
