About Marcos Quay Sports Foundation

Marcos Quay Sports Foundation partners with schools across India to build structured Physical Education, Sports and Student Wellness Programs.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and concept-driven Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, campaigns and business requirements into visually engaging communication while maintaining consistency with the MQ brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Communication
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, internal communication, school communication and marketing initiatives.
- Develop visually engaging posts, banners, posters, presentations, brochures, standees, certificates and other marketing collaterals.
- Understand the objective behind every communication and translate it into an appropriate visual concept.
- Maintain consistency in MQ's branding,



typography, layouts and visual identity across all communication.

Social Media & Digital Content
- Create engaging creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign creatives.
- Adapt designs into different formats and dimensions based on the requirements of each platform.
- Create campaign-specific visual assets for brand awareness, recruitment, school engagement and lead-generation initiatives.

Presentations & Business Collaterals
- Design skilled company presentations, proposals, pitch decks and sales collaterals for the Business Development team.
- Create visually appealing communication for meetings with School Management, Trustees, Principals and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all external-facing material maintains a professional and premium look.
